Growing up in Madagascar made me resourceful. I've always liked working with my hands and I find peace in woodworking. Out of nowhere, from a chunk of wood, I can make something beautiful.
I'm a hybrid woodworker, using computer modeling and traditional joinery to create custom pieces that are both unique and useful. I love the challenge of custom work: every aspect of the project must be defined and it pushes me to come up with new designs.
